Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope that you will thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that there may be occasions when you may want to return your purchased items. 

In this case, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@thenordicloft.co.uk and we will assist further. 

Once you have contacted us, you must take care of the item/s that you wish to return and ensure any items are securely wrapped for return. 

Please note, we are not responsible for return postage, with the exception of any faulty items or goods damaged in transit. We also recommend that you use Registered Delivery and obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us. 

Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders haven’t been called for, refused, or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us as we’ll get back to you right away with a solution.
